Each PetMoney set is individually blessed by our team. Due to the ritualistic and spiritual nature of PetMoney, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened — every order is a sacred blessing, and returning it would disrupt the energy flow of the ritual.
We appreciate your mindfulness toward this ancient practice. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please reach us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package and we will send a replacement at no cost.
